Recommendations for authors who wish to prepare their work, scientific article, manuscript or research for publication in international journals. The journal accepts applications that were previously available as preprints, provided that they have not been peer-reviewed. A preprint is a draft version of an article that is being prepared for submission to a journal.
All articles are usually uploaded to the publisher`s server. After that, the journal manages all preprints on the server: reviewers have access to the article, the author has the opportunity to download additional materials for the article. Article preprints are uploaded by the author independently of the journal, and the publication of a preprint does not affect the peer review process.
Conference papers can be considered articles if they meet the following requirements:
- the volume of the transcript of the report should be increased to the size of a research article;
- the text of the conference should be quoted and noted on the first page of the document;
- if the authors do not own the copyright to the published conference paper, they must obtain appropriate permission from the copyright holder;
- authors are asked to indicate in the cover letter that this is a conference text and include a statement of what has been changed from the original paper.
Articles with insufficient scientific potential, experimental studies or those conducted in violation of the rules will not be published by the journal, but will remain in the preprint on the server.
