Hashtags are keywords found in the text of the post and having terminological meaning in a given topic. Hashtags start with the # symbol and help people find related posts, content and additional information in social media and instant messengers.
The task of the post editor for search engine optimization is to search for 5-7 keywords or phrases that succinctly and fully reflect the essence of the post and competently "introduce" them into the text of the publication. All hashtags are listed after the post, but the search is more successful if hashtags in the original word form are also highlighted in the body of the text.
On the VKontakte network, you cannot use too many hashtags in posts, as this may look like spam. There are no restrictions in the rules of the network, but it is known that the first 15 hashtags are indexed.
